Approximately 50 by 70 feet with a raised stage at one end. There is a 40 by 60 foot area in the center which also serves a dance floor. This area is suitable for Bazaars, Benefits, Dances, Dinners, Family events, Fund Raisers, Meetings, Parties, Weddings, etc.
The kitchen/dining/meeting area is approximately 50 by 30 feet and has two large commercial refrigerators, sinks, stove, and serving counter.
There is an additional $500 cleaning deposit per booking that is automatically added to the total cost when you book.
Funeral/memorial fee is $250 for the day with $500 cleaning deposit.
The refundable deposit fee ($500) is included in the rental fee when you order online. It will all display as one price in the shopping cart.

Spectacular 1939’s Venue in South Thurston County rated for 299 guests located midway between Seattle and Portland. Located at 18543 Albany Street in Rochester, WA. The Hall is available for rental, and is owned by the Rochester Citizens Group.
